Is my data safe?

Yes! All your travel data is stored locally on your device with AES-GCM encryption. We never upload your passport details, visa information, or travel history to our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Does Roamio work offline?

Absolutely! Roamio is designed to work completely offline. All calculations, document access, and tracking features work without an internet connection. Only optional features like automatic database updates require internet.

How accurate are the Schengen 90/180 calculations?

Roamio uses the official Schengen calculation method (rolling 180-day window). However, we recommend always verifying with official sources and maintaining your own records. The app is a tracking tool, not legal advice.

Can I export my travel history?

Yes! Roamio allows you to export your travel records in multiple formats (CSV, PDF, Excel) for your personal records or visa applications.

What devices are supported?

Roamio is currently available for iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 15.0 or later. We're working on additional platform support.

How do I delete my data?

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it anytime by:

  • Clearing specific items within the app (swipe to delete)
  • Using "Clear All Data" in Settings (if available)
  • Deleting the app from your device

Is there a subscription fee?

Roamio offers both free and premium tiers. Basic tracking features are free, while advanced features like unlimited document storage, automatic updates, and premium support require a subscription. Check the App Store for current pricing.

Can Roamio provide legal or tax advice?
